End-User License Agreement

To Product Developers/Law Enforcement/Anti-Cheat Companies/Brand Representatives: EyHook takes no responsibility for the user's actions while utilizing our products and services. We are not associated with users beyond providing access to our products. We do not breach your EULA, ToS, or any similar agreements, as we have not agreed to them. Any fraudulent DMCA takedown requests will be ignored by our hosting provider.

You must be legally capable to enter a binding agreement and comply with all applicable laws where you use the Services.

You are responsible for your account security and for any activity under it.

EyHook – refers to our company.

Customer, User, or You(r) – refers to the purchaser/customer or user of any EyHook products or services.

The information provided by EyHook on our applications is for general information purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and reliable information, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information provided. Under no circumstances shall EyHook be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of using our applications or relying on the information provided. Your use of our applications and reliance on any information is at your own risk.

By purchasing our products/packages or using any EyHook product or service, you fully agree to the following Terms of Service:

We do not pause keys/licenses/accounts unless an error/problem occurs on our side.

Sharing whitelist/activation/license keys/accounts may result in deductions, account deletion, or blacklisting.

We cannot guarantee the continuous availability, updates, functionality, or existence of our products during your subscription.

You are responsible for any consequences resulting from the use of our products.

Sharing keys/licenses/accounts or using our loader from different computers is prohibited and may lead to account termination without refund.

We reserve the right to close keys/licenses/accounts, shut down projects, or refuse product sales without refunds.

Disrespectful behavior towards our support or admins may lead to account closure without notice or refund.

Refunds are not accepted for digital items, and disputing or chargebacking payments may result in account deletion or blacklisting.

You are protected by payment processors' policies, but PayPal disputes for digital items may result in unfavorable outcomes.

False claims and false information may lead to losing PayPal disputes, with potential legal consequences.

We may pause keys/licenses/accounts during product downtime, but no guarantee is provided.

We reserve the right to terminate keys/licenses/accounts for reasonable grounds, such as sharing, cracking, chargebacks, or illegal use.

Product keys/licenses/accounts are non-transferrable without specific permission from EyHook.

Employees of certain companies, law firms, anti-cheat services, investigative purposes, or affiliated individuals are prohibited from using our products/services or joining our community.

EyHook may suspend, ban, or flag accounts for manual verification, including photo ID confirmation.

Selling keys/licenses/accounts on external websites is prohibited and may result in account closure.

Our services, products, and content are provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a purpose, or accuracy. We disclaim liability for any damages.

Attempting to use any product or service from EyHook on a virtual machine is prohibited and may result in deductions, account deletion, or blacklisting.

Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA shall be resolved through binding arbitration, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You agree to waive your rights to litigate claims in court, participate in class actions, or represent others in any claims. The arbitrator's decision is final and may be enforced as a court judgment.

You are solely responsible for your use of EyHook products and services and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold EyHook harmless against any disputes or third-party claims.

This EULA supersedes all other agreements, oral or written, between the parties.

Failure to enforce any provisions does not waive EyHook' rights.

This EULA may only be amended in writing, signed by both parties.

The terms of this EULA are confidential, and parties agree not to disclose them to third parties.

If any provision is deemed void or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
