One license per machine at a time. You can request a HWID reset from support
Will you compensate downtime?
For any maintenance or downtime, we add time back automatically once service resumes.
What happens when a product shows “Updating”?
We temporarily disable loading while we update for a game patch or anticheat change. Once complete, the status returns to “Up to date”. Your license time isn’t consumed during any maintenance.
Do you offer refunds?
If it is confirmed that you are unable to use it, we can provide a refund.
